Being a small, local business means that we are focused on the needs of the customer as we may meet next at the local supermarket! So, we maintain a reputation we can be proud of. A reflection of that approach can be seen by the many repeat customers we have, and that many of our work comes through word of mouth.
Another testament to our capability is the range of work we do in any given week. A recent typical week was underpinned by high end bathroom renovation work, complimented with a gas hot water system replacement, a couple of blocked drains, replacing some leaky taps and modifying the drainage around a new pool.
Professional Team Of Licensed Plumbers
All of our team are licensed plumbers and licensed plumbing contractors in accordance with Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) requirements. Licensed plumbing contractors are the only plumbing tradespersons authorised to invoice customers for their services whereas licensed plumbers can only work directly for contractors. This is an important distinction and ensures that customers have protection (both consumer protection and health wise), particularly when the minimum value of work that must be performed by a licensed plumber is $0.
